So I went with a 5/8thick foam. Anyone else use something that thick? Seems as if there is a decent gap between the glass and the boat. I would think the foam would compress a bit over time though...

Forgot to reply and say thank you guy for the info.. I was able to get some from Wholesale marine. Looks like it will work great..

Re-doing the painted graphics on my 2001 Yellow and Purple 260....

Anyone know what velocity used as "foam" behind the windshield where it mounts to the boat? I want to say Kenny told me years ago they used some sort of foam from home depot?

On the Merc 700sci they have a bracket that mounts the pump below the oil pan in front of the block.. (I think, judging from pictures). I also believe the AEO-11108 is the same pump as the merc one....

Just purchaced a new Aeromotive 11108 fuel pump. Does anyone make a mounting bracket for this pump to the engine block? Currently, my water separator, fuel pump and Filter are all mounted on the back...

Leakdown test (#8 Cyl)

finished the annual leakdown test this weekend of my 540 NA motor. all cyl were great yet again but the #8.

#8 is at 20%.. pulled the exhaust. Looks like water has been getting past the Pyrometer...

I ran this motor-drive combo since 2006.. 2006-2009 (early 09) I never had an issue.. ran a simple 26p prop, BUT had 1.25 gears in the lower.. never able to break 4800-5k rpms.. boat ran good.....
