I think I cut mine at 18-1/2, prop shaft is about 3-1/2" below bottom.

I also redid the Delta pad and extended the inner strakes a couple ft....

The highest pitch Rev4 is 25P so go with that, you won't be disappointed!

I got about 200rpm more out of the Rev4 than a stock 26P Bravo.
