That pump has 1/4 NPT inlet and outlet. Its more suited to an NA 454 than a Blown 502. I bought one and sent it back for that reason.

If you could buy or borrow a Rinda or other scan tool, you would be better off than just guessing. Check the plugs, they may be fouled due to the fuel pump failure.

I changed out my splined shaft to a shaft with a keyway. It was the style used on automotive blowers. You can then use off the shelf pulleys from Summit or Jegs. It worked great.

I would try a different prop first. Another possibility is that the drive got damaged when the prop did. I'm assuming you got the prop "repaired", not "tweaked" by BBlades.
