Cigarette Racing sew on patches

Does anyone have a source for or know where to purchase "Cigarette Racing" sew on patches? Major axis of the oval needs to be between 7 and 9 inches. Thanks in advance.

Make sure that you "through bolt" them and use some sort of a backing "sister" plate and not just wood screw them to the floor. Make sure to seal the holes so water can't get in to rot the floor.
