My track seemed to be pretty solid, the tiny self tapping screws that held the blocks to the door were my problem. How did you reattach the track.

It is a pain in the a$$, had to remove black rubber pad on the starboard footrest and cut an access hole to get to the rear of the door and do the fix. The only good thing is I had custom billet...
