Are the hydraulic pumps for k-plane 280/380s the same oildyne pumps as those connected to alpha/bravo sterndrives (can they be used interchangeably?) And what are the k-plane internal hose fittings...

For that price for a single, I'd be looking for a spotless engine, drive, and instruments and very good condition gelcoat.

If it's truely spotless and turnkey, the money isn't the major factor...

Or comparing the alpha and bravo versions of the 357, what's the easiest way to take the alpha 357 up to 300 hp since I assume this would be plenty safe given the bravo version of the same engine...

So close. This year my ST got brand new sterndrives. New transom assemblies. New trim pumps. New steering cable. Put her in for the first real shakedown cruise and last trip of the season this year....
