Racing a 23' looks like fun....especially in big water- we had one here (Vila).
I went to Seattle last year- I think there were 7 boats. The sport is still in recovery mode after Covid.

Ah..We chose a package with Hotel & tickets- stayed in Nice. You can view race in yacht, drink with drivers on yacht, take a helicopter to airport from track, view in Monaco Hotel. Depends on budget...
