I tried bleche-wite, a cheap tire wheel cleaner, but didn't work. But I will get an mag wheel aluminum brighter tomorrow and see if it works, thanks!

I do not know if this is the right place to post this, but recently I towed my 38' boat about 200 miles on vacation. My diesel truck lost a seal on the motor and sprayed out roughly a gallon of oil...
