Trim pumps not equal?

I also have two 496 Mag HO/Bravo's with low hours(2004 boat) and both pumps seem to be in good shape as well as wiring and electrical connections. I was wondering how many other's have twin set up...

I have the same problem and was told it due to different trim pumps coming on at slightly different times causing one drive to trim farther than the other. It is annoying and I was also wondering if...
