Interesting, the coating we use is sprayed on and it's only about .020 thick but adds nearly 4lbs to a set of headers.

I'd say what you are using is great for your application but not ours b/c...

Since each Tee picture has at least 2 of the same size male fittings on it wouldn't it have been easier to buy a Tee that has the majority of the fittings you require (2 sides) then replace the one...
