I understand what you want to do but you need to look at your drawing your decimal place is off!

I never said looks make a boat handle, but when trying to double the size of the original design...

My point is why make your model 10x the size of the real boat you want, ie 125852.5 mm ~ 413ft.

Scaling a 22ft design to 43ft will also present problems if you don't get all of your ratio scaled...
