So I have sent them to a grinding outfit. They are grinding them by 0015 and then rechroming them to .0015 and polishing them. They will never wear again and for less than $1000.00 fr both shafts....

Has anyone repaired #6 prop shafts. I wear out the shaft where the seals make contact and they create a groove and then let water enter the system. I have had this problem before, has anyone ground...
