Weld or Braize. Just a good spot so it wont fall off, you dont have to go all the way around. I always remove the pressure relief spring as it can get weak from the heat.

The one from merc does come with the pickup but big $$$. If you have the sheet metal pan its 8 quarts. The cast aluminum one is closer to 6. You can use a dremel with a cutoff wheel to remove the...
