If that is indeed the case, there will be a "grandfather" clause for old boats and it would apply only to new boats being produced. I'm all about being "Old School" !!! :evilb: :evilb:

I'm pretty sure that your info is incorrect. For something to become law, there is a very long process. It must first be introduced as legislation, Then it goes to committee. Then it is...
