Thanks for the tip Rick, didn't know that... I always start and run on 1, when I take a long cruise, I usually went to ALL to charge up #2, from now on I'll charge #1 on 1 and #2 on 2..

Thanks for the reply, It is the Alt. getting it rebuilt today. cant believe how much rebuilding an Alt. costs these days... used to be able to get one done for about 40-60, this one is 140.00

Long story, took the boat out last weekend no problems, went to take the boat out yesterday and batt. 1 was dead, figured I left something on during the week, no problem switch to batt. 2 starts...
