MAKE SURE YOU CLEAN IT WITH A DEGREASER FIRST, THEN WIPE IT DOWN WITH ACETONE, SAND WITH 220 GRIT, THEN WIPE WITH ACETONE AGAIN, THEN PAINT. THIS WELL GIVE A GOOD BITE INTO THE EXISTING GEL COAT SO...
