Yes "But" you will have terminal blocks for - (neg) also (it will usually have a majority of black wires) the one you want will have fuses in it and most of the wires will be red or purple.

Depends on what you are hooking up & what kind of power it requires. Most gauges and small electronics can be hooked to the fuse block (best place) things that require more amps should be connected...
