If it is a problem with the pump are they rebuildable? If so any ideals on what the cost of the kit should be, this is on the fuild side and not the motor. Thanks Kyle

I have a 1990 scarab cv / my trim pump will pull my outdrive down fast and quiet, but up is vary slow almost not there. The pump spins at a higher rpm and will make horrible sounds, it will aerate...
