Whould a bad power valve cause this problem?? It took around 8mins of idling down a cannel to start to mis and foul the plugs. My dad had the idle scews set different back two were set richer........

What psi should I be at / my gage reads around 5.5 - 6 and yes this is a small bolck.. I will give it a try thanks.

Well first run to day did good but engine loads up driving down the canals. To the point it will not idle and wants to die (or dies). It is a 650 sea demon carb that has the four corner idle...
