Sunstream is a great lift if you can't drive piles or don't have a bulhead to put an elevator on. It would be my choice, however if you can drive piles or have a bulkhead or "sea wall" as they call...

Simple, Hi-Tide is the way to go. Also go bigger than what you need just in case you get a bigger boat. The 35 Cafe full of fuel, gear and people is probably going to weigh more than 10,000 too....
