I dont believe The oil cooler should have to be moved.. & yes you do need it. The OIL FILTER does get relocated. If it was a new kit then it should have came with the relocation hardware... If you...

The regulator to use should have came with the kit.. & yes you need an oil cooler.. Jamie / Lakeside :)
