If I remember correctly, we made the plates (which cost nothing, had materail) ran bolts up from bottom side of plate and welded heads of bolts to plate. Took all measurements, position plate over...

Made "U" shaped plates and through bolted them to...

Made "U" shaped plates and through bolted them to stringers. Then bolted mounts on top of plates.
