How do they find you to make you pay the tax? The people at the divison of water said that they distribute the stickers, but they would not collect the tax??? Will someone find...

Thank you for the info. Do banks frown on this when lending money? I am told that here in Ohio you have to pay sales tax anyway, so am I better off with a title. Is it hard to get a boat...
