I have all bolts out holding the seat and cushions down, besides middle back seat cushons. Left the shelves out in mine. Just have two corner top cushions on threaded rod with wing nuts, washers...

I have the same boat, an 89. Price is fair depending on motor and condition. Love the cockpit space in them, bigger then alot of 30 footers, problem is working on the front of the motor/impeller...
