The outboard version of the Y2K has a motor well, The cockpit is the same in both versions. There is no swim platform on the outboard version,

Freeze Frame had a pair of Bridgeports I think, and he was hitting 93. He has stock 250's now and does a sodid 80 all day.

Our Y2K's are pretty lite to begin with. We have layed up hulls with Kevlar before,but there is really no weight savings. Carbon fiber is another story. $$$. We have a light weight lay up...

There were alot of twin Tempests, and a few tripples (The original Extractor) out there, literally hundreds.

Oh yeah.............their fast !! Only have a twin pic of a Tempest. Your's truly is in the passanger seat.
