I used the 2 ton Harbor Freight Model that is in this link:

I let the air out of the tires, but other than that, the boat...

I used a Harbor Freight 2 ton lift. It can lift 1000 lbs 117 inches in the air. I took a Big Block Chevy out of a Donzi 22 with one of these.
