Chad Hill props are hit and miss from what I have read.

I would buy Harpers 22 Bravo 1, run it, then have it labbed and tweaked. Have some rake added to it for bow lift. 24 Outlaw porpoise easily...

A Bravo 1 prop will greatly improve hole shot and cruise speed on a 24 outlaw. It will also cost you about 3mph on the top end.
