The other issue, is there is no way the AC will...

The other issue, is there is no way the AC will get water under way. I know that's not what you're after, but it does seem kind of silly to me that it's a standard through hull right under the step.

My 382 had the same issue, I would lose water...

My 382 had the same issue, I would lose water pressure to the gen on plane. My pickup was mounted aft of the step, so I don't think it got clean water. My bars were a little dinged up too, so maybe...
