With the small domes, and merlin heads, I cant see how your only 8.4:1?? You should be closer to 8.75-9:1 depending on head chamber and deck height.....

Maybe "ROOKIE" will chime in. He's running some healthy 468's. Over 600HP N/A pump gas I believe. My guess is 600HP is pretty close to max for a pump gas somewhat user friendly pleasure boat 468CI....
