Hey thanks guys, great ideas. I received the washers from McMaster Carr in one day and they will work great!! I can take them to what ever thickness I need on my surface grinder..

I cant believe I didnt think of good ole McMaster Carr!! Big yellow book only feet away and I spend hrs beating the internet for them. I made an order and I believe they will work...

I am looking at needing about 50-100 I need the edges to be clean, not sure a hole saw will provide that.
