Most, if not all, aftermarket blocks have the provision for that extra head stud...many aftermarket cylinder...

That sheet does not have much info. I would hope the owner of the engine received more info than that. If he didn't, he didn't get much for his money, other than, well, a sheet.

That's what I do but a different way. I trailer just a few hundred yards to the ramp from my house. :) I do a warm up on the trailer at home so I can just drop and go. Very busy ramp with no dock.
