Right in the letter from Fountain it says they recomend black paint not gel coat, if they built that new Baja in black that would lead me to think that maybe they used paint..

I think it's funny that when you buy a boat and something breaks you have to take it to whoever made that part of the boat for the warranty instead of the facotry, you buy a car and something breaks...

Thats how a customer should be treated, swapping him out for a new one might be a little extreme but i bet he will buy another one and tell everyone he knows to buy that brand...
