Me too. Mine is completely sealed all the way around, except for the split part.

May be a little too early to boat there T. I'll probably do something in the next few weeks to get it out of the way, unless you guys wanna go in May or June :evilb:

I just wonder how water got inside the tubes? Or could it be that when they were welding it with no vents in the tubing the gas has built-up inside it...

Just talked to the dealer today, which is 350 miles away. Seems that they've had one on their lot do the same thing, and that boat was brand new!!

I think they're gonna replace it. Gonna take...

On my 2005 25' Outlaw, I noticed yesterday that on the swim platform where the lower tubing connects to the flat plate on the transom, the weld has completely separated. All I can think of is that...
