After getting off line with work I went out and pulled the outdrive.

Bellow is damaged as stated above. No drive oil or tranny oil in the bellow. So that looked promising.

Only got out 4 times last year for a total of 6...

Only got out 4 times last year for a total of 6 hours of running time so I am optimistic about it.

Do I need the bellows tool to put this on?

Drive Shaft/U Joint Bellows is the part in question. It has a slit at the bottom.

trs rubber boot question

On my TRS drive, it has the rubber boot that is outside the engine compartment covering the drive shaft. Is this suppose to have a small slit at the bottom to allow water to get out? I don't think...
