Harbor Freight sale catalog just came. 2 Ton trolley (p/n40493-OYSA) is on sale for $59.99. Make up your own rolling gantry and just attach a chain fall or 2 Ton come-along.

Harbor Freight occaisonally has that 2 Ton hoist on sale in their stores (no shipping charges) for $149.99. It's a steal at that price. I've mentioned in another thread that I've used it to pull and...
