If you don't use the right fluid it will increase the steering ratio numerically. more turns lock to lock....

Your steering is made by hynautic, your reservoir should be charged to 30 PSI.

Use seastar fluid or mil spec 5606 fluid. I have the same setup on my Magnum. I can e-mail you the bleeding...
