That thing used to be listed for a long time, but you couldn't ever get a hold of the guy.....looks like these pics are a little better than last time though.

There were at most 13 28's.....and don't believe too many were built as race boats. You have seen one of them though;) I believe mine was built to be a race boat, but wasn't rigged and raced as...
