If you went 496 standard to HO and it surges at idle, check the TPS for .6 volts into the ECU. Adjust if nessary. If it still surges drill out the idle hole on the throttle plate to 5/16 in. It...

Looks like a different throttle plate. Raylar told me to increase hole on my standard to 5/16" and it really helped.

The HO and Standard have different throttle body P/N's. Whats the difference between the two?
