Are those the pipes that actually go down to the water line? I hope not because the look shocking. how do you go in California with your exhausts? Arent the laws for noise pretty harsh...

The top gun was taken out the first time in australia today. It was unbelievable fun. The water was about 4-5 ft chop and the hull just carved through it.
