Also there is a block drain with a quick coupler...

Also there is a block drain with a quick coupler underneath the manifold toward the rear of the boat. They leak often, are you sure its not spraying up?

Check the hose and check valve on the bottom of the manifold. Its been a while since I had mine off but I don't remember freeze plugs in the manifold.
