Boats still in winter storage. Otherwise I could give you a dim. As above it was tight getting the engine to ballance. Letting air out of tires can gain some room too. I just did things real slow....

I swaqped a 454 with a 502 in a 208 Islander. I had to raise the tounge to lower the stern but I was able to do it.
