Update: Changed the shaft seals, ran the boat a few times, about 40 minutes or more each time. Short story is it's still leaking. The drive is coming off this week, we'll see how she looks....

I'll try to make this quick....I have TRSs and had the bellows/u-joints changed a few weeks ago because they were starting to dryrot and I didn't know how old they were. Was about to leave yesterday...
