Still kicking this idea around if anyone is interested. The reason I didn't get the cert done was because it would have expired long before the car is done.

Thanks for the info, I've been out of it for so long. I never had it certified since the car was so far from being finished and the certs expire after awhile don't they? The cage only needs the loop...
