I'm not sure anyone will every really beat this boat but I'm sure at some point, you'll see a OL29 on top of the podium.

We just installed a SC on a 27 Eliminator open...

We just installed a SC on a 27 Eliminator open bow, it ran 105mph and that has 775-800hp and weather was in the 60-70deg F range. Closed bow would run 4-7mph faster. But thats got almost 200 more hp....

Mercury is allowing market to decide the fate of the 600 by how many they sale. The 565 was not available at the time of the build and the customer wanted the 600.
