Help selling 36 Outlaw
I am new in this forum and need your help. I have been trying to sell my 36 forever now and no luck. It is a 97 and is the first one ever maid. I have put a lot of $ into it and it is a great boat. I am in LA and I think the west coast just doesn't have the buyers I need.
It has rebuilt carberated 500 hps
new pure white gell
newer interior in and out
everything powdercoated white
new white wind shield
new platinum gages and controlls
new gps
NEW EVERYTHING
I have it advertised at $89,000
I am willing to trade for a smaller Baja too!
Good deal?
Bad location?
Help!!!!!

Re: Help selling 36 Outlaw
I will be honest here. I don't know why a 1997 boat would need a new interior and new gel coat. It comes across to me that this boat was not taken care of and needed all that stuff to be replaced to make it a sellable boat. I had a 95 Outlaw that I just sold and it was like new as I kept it that way. I just bought a 2000 36 Outlaw and it needed motor work, but other than that it is in great shape.
Personally following the less is more theory, I would only list the basics and if a buyer asks about something, then explain it. Just list it as a 97 with rebuilt motors and an all white layout. Then see what happens.
Good Luck !!!!

Bottom line is the colors sucked and everything was old and had goofy zebra stripes. It's awesome now!
