On a 32 outboard can you add canopy's or those the boat have to be made with them from the factory?

a 32 that came without the canopies is a better candidate for a small windscreen that trying to add the 1/4 canopies, most 1/4's are molded into the decks or are on flat decks...

Re: Canopy?

What are the pros and cons of canopies? Is the wind protection worth the trade off for the distorted view? Thanks!

if they are good canopies installed correctly they are well worth the slight change in vision.

I have a 28 skater and wind was an issue at high speeds I had a custom windshield made at Island Plastics out in Long Island. Its like night and day, can communicate and most importantly be comfortable at speeds over 100mph. Did not affect speeds at all.

PM me if want some more information. I think he made one for a 32 as well.

Re: Canopy?

Jason,

I have been looking for someone who can do a windshield for a 32 pleasure deck 2002. Could I get the # for the guy in Long Island? I am in Ca but he could ship it and I could install. Thank You. Jim.
