I Made This One Use Mold Out Of Mdf , Hand Radiused All Inside Corners . Next I Sprayed Surfacer , Sanded With 220 And Next I Will Spray Pva Then Gelcoat, Then Use Vinyl Ester Resin With 1.5 Mat , Fab Mat And Balsa

I Finally Finished Laying Up Console . I Used Vinyl Ester Resin And Balsa . Yes It Was A Great Deal Of Work To Pull One Part And Throw Mold Away , But I Have No Money I Used Whatever Gel Coat I Had Laing Around Because This Console Will Have Matching Paint To Outside Of Boat When We Start Painting Next Week . I 'm Just Finishing Up A Aft Cabin , Yes Aft Cabin !!
