Sorry to revive a pretty old thread but I just needed to tell you how awesome of a build you got there ! I can't wait to start my LS boat build thread.

Can I ask what you did for the shift interrupt ?

Thanks Ram. I didn't use a shift interrupt. I don't think the bravo drives need it. I think it's an alpha drive thing.

I don't have any O2s right now... the tune is pretty much stock. I added a little bit of timing is all.

Thanks Bob,

I have some plans for it but none of them have gotten done this winter. I've been helping a friend redo a 21 Liberator with a black hawk and 6.0 ls motor. The 6.0 is either going to be blown or turbo'd.
Hoping to have it out early summer.

I'm having a hard time convincing myself to modify my engines, It runs respectable and I haven't had to touch the motors except for change the oil, sea water pumps and spark plugs. It's been the perfect setup for trouble free boating. My only real problem in 3 seasons has been 2 broke propshafts.

I would LOVE to have a 28 setup just like mine! I think that would be a blast.

Don't touch the motors Tim. Like yourself I have been enjoying YEARS of maintenance free fast boating with basically stock powerheads.i removed the VOS tank on my powerheards and simplified the fuel system. No compressors to fail, LU issues or anything other than hitting floating debris. I look forward to hearing how the liberator turns out.

If you could post some pictures of that 6.0 Liberator build that would be pretty cool ! I just got donated a truck ! 2003 6.0 Vortech so I assume it's an LQ4 because of the year. I will be going there saturday to pull the motor out of it. What should I keep besides the harness and PCM and serpentine accessories ? Anything else I should make sure to have ?

Sorry about all the question but like it was said a few post ago you are a trailblazer in LS swapping boats.

Hi Ram,
I'll get some pictures, but there's not a lot to see just yet. We've been working on the hull and nothing is rigged yet. We've capped it and added an interior liner and almost have it ready to re-gell.
It should start to look like something soon after that.

I can't think if anything else important you need to grab for the 6.0. It should be a fun project.

Thanks Tim , I do look forward to seeing any builds to be honest. Every thread I follow with a build I get new ideas on what I should do with mine and with how creative you were with your Skater i/o conversion I can only imagine the other great ideas that I may get to take from build pics.
