Off topic but, I think we met, LA riverratt, at Jacksonville in front of the Hyatt. If I remember correctly you told me you had a couple of flat tires on the way down. Mabye it was your friend I talked to. I was with a friend in his 36 Skater.

unfortunately I haven't ever made the Jacksonville run...YET... so it wan't me but I have been known to have a flat or two while towing lately for some reason blew out the center tire on the sunsation trailer heading to Destin this year.

how about the 308 inboard is that possible and what is the weight of it ?

308 Outboard General Specifications
length 30' 7"
beam 9' 4"
height 56"
weight - outboard pleasure 3000 lbs
fuel capacity 160 gallons
sponson deadrise 18 degrees
construction hand lay-up
engine configuration v-6 outboards

I saw the pics from the link boo posted and was wondering if it was possible to build a 308 for inboards and what the weight will be then .

My next project would be a 26-28 and maybe if the weight stays below the 6200lbs total longer cat to rig whit 2 small block ls engines making 600hp each .


The weight has to do whit the road legal weight limit here in europe .

A 338 is being built now with 2 Cadillac SuperCharged motors, ADS 7 drives. It will be close on weight.

Here is info on a 30' Inboard:

It will be close with small blocks. Twin BBC is right at #6800
