received my parts minus one expansion tank/shift seal kit. that'll be here tomorrow. port all done except for putting it back on the mid. the starboard had the upgraded drive kit but obviously not the expansion/shift kit so I'll have an extra pre loaded replacement shaft seal as a spare. it'll be ready for the 200 though. really interested to see what it'll do top end wise after I run the fuel down...still sitting on 3/4 right now. running the props that came with the boat 14 1/2 x 32 merc 3 blades

to increase the tension on the shifter or throttles, there is an Allen bolt located at the back of the shifters or throttles, under the rubber boot accessed through the slit in the boot. Just tighten it to desired amount of friction. David

that will take a few days......my liver has put in a request for a two week vacation, and I have graciously agreed

I didn't take many, the wife and the rest of the crew took a lot and took some video, I'll try and round some of that up and post it. Freeze frame got a pretty good shot of me and a friend on Thursday making a test run after I got the lowers back on.

lowers have been off for almost a month now, it's been raining a lot so it's not really bothered me much but this weekend the rivers open back up after the high water and will be nice... still waiting on parts so the repairs can get done

oh...for tickfaw 200 pics you may have to go to the wifes FB LOL.

Don't feel bad. I have been waiting on a case that was leaking right in the middle of the side of the housing for 2months. Way to go Mercury Racing for support!
Good thing I have two sets of lowers.
